Suggested Use

Serving Size: 25ml (1 dose). 

General Support:
1 dose (25ml) per serving at least one hour before or after a meal for optimal absorption.

2 doses (50ml) per serving - recommended for those experiencing high stress, burnout, exhaustion, or chronic fatigue at least one hour before or after a meal for optimal absorption.

Recommended Frequency:
Take twice daily - with breakfast and dinner - for sustained balance
Alternatively, take up to three times a day with meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for deeper support and resilience.

We generally recommend taking Burnout Brew no later than 6pm, especially if you're sensitive to stimulation or noticing any sleep disruption.
